AS A PRIVATE CUSTOMER, CAN I HAVE BOOMERANG PRODUCTS DELIVERED?

Our Boomerang products are only available in our partners’ stores. We do not offer delivery or collection from private customers.

HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT AND HOW CAN I GET IT BACK?

The deposit is $1 per jar. You can pick it up at the store where you made your purchase.

SHOULD I WASH MY CONTAINERS BEFORE bringing THEM back?

Yes, we appreciate it if the jars are returned clean: they will of course be cleaned by us using eco-responsible products.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY jarS?

There’s no return period! Return them whenever you like!

HOW the delivering system works with RETAILERS?

Once you’ve placed your order for BOOMERANG products, we’ll deliver them directly to your store. The products are ready to use and can easily be put on the shelf.

DOES THE DEPOSIT SYSTEM HAVE AN IMPACT ON SALES?

The deposit has a positive impact because it encourages your customers to return to your store. The deposit is simply added at the time of sale, and then refunded if the item is returned.
